Application Deadline: Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

Starting Salary: $65,052 – $70,058 plus education incentives

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• High school diploma (or its equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 to under 35 years of age by time of hire, unless otherwise exempt by statute
• No felony convictions 
• Must hold a valid CPAT and ladder climb card at time of offer
• Pass comprehensive pre-employment screening process to include: background investigation, psychological exam and medical examination with drug testing 

Required documentation due 3/5/2025 at 4:00 p.m.:

• Confirmed online application – available after purchase 
• Consent and release form (2 pages) – available after purchase 
• Copy of high school diploma (or equivalent) 
• Copy of valid driver’s license
• Copy of birth record as proof of citizenship: can include: county/state-issued birth certificate, U.S. passport, naturalization papers
• Optional: Copy of CPAT and Ladder Climb 

Orientation and Testing Information:

Candidates must attend the mandatory orientation and written examination on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Eligible candidates must arrive no later than 5:30 p.m. Testing location will be determined at a later date.
