Shipment Cutoff Time:

• Please allow two days for order processing and fulfillment. Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 2:00pm CST will begin being processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm CST, or during the weekend, will begin being processed the following Monday.

Terms of Purchase and Use:

• All materials, products and services are intended solely for use by candidates/applicants who are participating in a testing process for a municipal, county, state or federal agency that is either managed by IOS Recruitment™ or will be administering IOS™ examinations as part of its testing and selection process.
• ALL materials, products and services are intended for distribution ONLY to candidates/applicants as described above or to approved representatives of municipal, county, state, or federal agencies in conjunction with the administration of an agency-approved testing process. Distribution to any outside parties is expressly forbidden.
• ANY use of IOS™ materials, products and services for the purpose other than those stated herein is expressly prohibited. ALL materials, products and services are copyrighted and trademarked content. The alteration, reproduction or distribution of this content through physical or electronic mediums is expressly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• Your downloadable content will only be available in your online account for 90 days. After 90 days, your content will be removed from your account and will not be available for online viewing. Please be sure to save or print your contents if you wish to view your products after 90 days. Your purchase only includes ONE copy of any given content; printing and distribution of multiple copies of this product is strictly prohibited –see copyright protection policy.

IOS Returns Policy:

• Sale on ALL downloaded and online content is FINAL. All downloadable and online content is non-refundable. This includes: Study Guides, Practices Test, and Applications.
• Refunds are available ONLY for hard copy materials and must be made within 10 business days of the original order. Hard copy materials (books, paper study guides, etc.) MUST be returned to IOS unused and undamaged. Upon receiving unused and undamaged items, IOS will grant you a refund or store credit for the total purchase amount.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• To start your return, please download and print the return/exchange form, complete the form and mail it together with the hard copy material. Download form.

IOS Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges may be made for any product within 10 days of the original order. The exchanged products MUST be unused and undamaged.
• For hardcopy content, the unused and undamaged items must be shipped back to IOS. Once IOS receives the unused and undamaged items, we will exchange the items for the items you have requested.
• For downloadable content, the unused items with be exchanged in your online account. You will be notified once your exchanged content is available to you.
• Shipping costs will apply and will not be reimbursed by IOS.
• You will be charged for any overages in the differences between exchanged products. Credits can be applied towards store credit or can be refunded.
• To start your exchange, please download and print the return/exchange form, complete the form and mail it together with the hard copy material. Download form.

Payment Disputes:

• Any disputes regarding payment should contact us at (708) 410-0200. Erroneous disputes filed directly with the credit card processor may be subject to penalties and a processing fee of $30.00.
