Before you attempt to download the Safe Exam Browser, be sure the device you will be utilizing for the exam is a Desktop or Laptop PC running Windows 10 or later, or a Desktop or Laptop running MAC OSX 10.11 El Capitan or later with all updates installed.

If you have trouble installing or launching this program, please contact IOS at support@iosolutions.com.

Go to your downloads folder and find the newly installed file. It is called SebClientSettings. Perform the following steps:
1. Right click on the SebClientSettings file.
2. Choose “Open with”
3. Choose “Safe Exam Browser”.*
*If Safe Exam Browser is not an option, you may need to run the SafeExamBrowser file to install it. If Safe Exam Browser is still not an option, please email support@iosolutions.com.

If the Safe Exam Browser has installed correctly, you will be able to access a page that looks like this:

Note: You will not be able to move past this screen until the date and time of the exam, when your proctor will provide you with the login credentials for your test. Candidates may not access the exam unless they are in a GoTo Meeting with an IOS proctor.
