This is an example of the Remote Testing timeline.
Monday, July 8th, 2024:
- ABC Agency emails IOS to book Remote Testing. ABC Agency informs IOS that they anticipate an estimated 70-90 candidates, want to use the NFSI exam, and would like to test during the week of July 29th.
- IOS confirms availability for that week, schedules 6 remote testing sessions (6*15 candidates = 90 seats) for the NFSI, and sends ABC Agency a Statement of Work confirming these details. Both ABC Agency and IOS sign the Statement of Work.
Monday, July 15th, 2024:
- Since testing is two weeks away, ABC Agency sends IOS a final list of candidates who have been approved to test. There are 75 candidates on the list, so IOS removes one of the test sessions (5*15 candidates = 75 seats).
- ABC Agency tells IOS that they would prefer to send the candidate portal link to their candidates directly.
- IOS creates the candidate portal for ABC Agency and sends it over. ABC Agency CC’s the IOS Project Manager on the email to candidates which contains the portal link.
Monday, July 15th, 2024 to Monday, July 22nd, 2024:
- Candidates register for exams, install the software using the information in the candidate portal, and email IOS if they need assistance.
Monday, July 22nd, 2024:
- IOS emails ABC Agency with an update on their registration numbers, and sends a reminder email to all unregistered candidates, reminding them to register.
Monday, July 22nd, 2024 to Monday, July 29th, 2024:
- Candidates register for exams, install the software using the information in the candidate portal, and email IOS if they need assistance.
Monday, July 29th through Wednesday, July 31st, 2024
- At the time that they selected, candidates join a video session with an IOS proctor, who explains testing rules and provides candidates with their exam logins. Candidates complete their exams.
Friday, August 2nd, 2024
- IOS provides scores to ABC Agency*.
