Research shows that integrity tests tend to measure the sorts of constructs that are often measured in polygraphs. It stands to reason that an integrity test should then be related to the polygraph test. In fact this is what IOS has found through internal research (see Integrity Testing… The Selection Tool of the Future). IO Solutions is now engaging in research to show how useful integrity testing can be for agencies that conduct polygraphs in their selection process.Criminal Justice Basic Abilities Test - Validation Study
Consistent with ongoing effort to demonstrate that CJBAT scores can predict academy performance, IOS is interested in securing data from a greater number of test users. Current evidence demonstrates a strong, positive relationship between academy performance and CJBAT scores.
