Exam Highlights:
The research supporting the I² indicates that this test predicts not only job success, but also the likelihood of individuals engaging in counterproductive workplace behaviors that are often screened for in background checks and polygraph examinations. Using the I² early in a selection process will increase applicants’ passing rates in these late-stage screening tools. The I² examination was designed for entry-level public safety positions (police, fire, and corrections).
