We offer a free Validation Study for clients using one of our flagship examinations.
In order to be considered effective and legal, it’s important that the exam used is job-related. This study provides evidence that our exams are valid and appropriate to be used for your agency’s public safety testing needs.
Validation Studies in Three Easy Steps

Identify local applicants to take an online survey.
Step Two
IOS will administer the survey to your selected applicants.
Step Three
IOS will review the results. This will determine if the related exam adequately overlaps with your job posting.
